America the Beautiful Quarters Mintages
Early indications suggest that the mintages for the America the Beautiful Quarters Program will be significantly lower than the previous 50 State Quarters Program. Whereas, the previous series could be collected easily from pocket change, the new series of coins may present a challenge due to lower mintage amounts and more fragmented distribution.
The United States Mint releases preliminary production figures for each quarter of the series as production concludes. These amounts include coins struck for circulation, as well as those struck for inclusion in numismatic bags and rolls sold directly by the Mint. The figures do not include collectible versions of the coin such as proof or silver proof versions. At the close of each year, the production figures will be finalize and replaced by confirmed mintage numbers.
So far, the US Mint has released the production figures for the Hot Springs National Park Quarter. The combined production represents the lowest production for an individual quarter issue in decades. This page will be updated with other production figures and final mintages as they become available.
